I toyed with calling it 'arm day' but that's not very poetic and I've never set foot (or arm) in a gym yet personally. The cliffs in The Princess Bride were in my mind some of the time - are they called 'the cliffs of insanity' ?
I won't check.. either way that seemed a bit much too.
Also Evil Under The Sun (I think) by Agatha Christie.
